OpenAI advertising measurement

If you accept advertising cookies, we use the OpenAI (ChatGPT Ads) measurement pixel on selected public pages to measure visits and understand advertising performance. It sends page-view events, event timestamps, the website origin, ad-click references and a randomly generated browser identifier to OpenAI. Requests also expose standard connection information such as your IP address and browser information to the receiving service.

After consent, OpenAI automatic advanced matching may detect supported customer information from recognizable forms and other sources, normalize it and hash it in your browser using SHA-256 before including the hashes with events. Raw customer information is not sent through automatic advanced matching. Hashed information can still be used to match advertising activity.

The pixel uses first-party cookies: an ad-click reference cookie lasts for up to 30 days after it is written, and a browser reference cookie lasts for up to 365 days after creation. Browser restrictions or clearing cookies may shorten these periods. These cookie lifetimes are separate from OpenAI’s data retention.

The OpenAI pixel stays off unless you accept advertising cookies. Choosing “Continue without optional cookies” or leaving the notice unanswered keeps it off. You can withdraw consent using Cookie Preferences; this stops future measurement and removes the pixel cookies, but does not undo data already sent. We do not install this pixel on financing, private account, checkout or other sensitive pages.

OpenAI processes conversion data for advertising reporting, attribution and service improvement under its Conversion Terms (https://openai.com/policies/conversion-terms/) and Ad Tools Data Processing Addendum (https://openai.com/policies/ad-tools-dpa/). Google reviews widget

After you accept marketing cookies, our homepage displays selected Google reviews through SociableKIT. The embedded widget may receive your IP address, browser and device information, and referring page, and may use cookies or similar technologies. SociableKIT states that data is stored in the United States. See SociableKIT’s Privacy Policy for details.

The widget stays off if you decline marketing cookies or leave the notice unanswered. You can withdraw consent through Cookie Preferences; this removes the widget and stops further widget requests from this page, but does not undo data already sent or clear third-party cookies. You can read reviews directly on Google without loading the widget; Google’s own privacy practices apply when you follow those links.
